Spring - delicate, not overly sweet and gentle notes of early flowers and trees. Perfect for everyone and everything.
Summer -gives a little more sweetness and some wildflower taste to your tea, oatmeal or toast. We know you love it right off the spoon. I enjoy swirling some into my homemade Summer Blend iced tea. Yum!
Fall - flavorful, robust and rich. My favorite! Not sweet but full of fall flavor like goldenrod, japanese knotweed, and asters, to name a few. Sometimes you will get a nice caramel finish.
Remember, the honey is RAW. It will eventually crystallize. Some faster than others depending on glucose and fructose sugar content. Temperature changes will also cause your honey to crystallize quicker. Please do not refrigerate.
